Making your print
Every print is produced to order in the studio in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, on fine art paper, then signed and numbered by hand. Allow 14 working days of preparation before dispatch, on top of the carrier’s own transit time.
Shipping options
Parcels are shipped with Colissimo (La Poste) and always carry a tracking number. Three options are offered at checkout, depending on your delivery country.
- Colissimo home delivery without signatureLeft in your letterbox when the format allows it, otherwise held at your local post office.
- Colissimo home delivery with signatureHanded over against signature. Recommended for framed prints.
- Colissimo pickup pointCollection at the post office or partner shop of your choice.
Shipping costs
The cost is calculated at checkout once your address has been entered: it depends on the destination country and on the weight of the parcel. We ship to mainland France, Monaco and Andorra, everywhere in Europe, and internationally.
As an indication, Colissimo announces delivery in 2 to 3 working days within mainland France and 4 to 8 working days to Europe. These times are not guaranteed and are added to the preparation time.
Customs duties and local taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.
Postcards only: sent by letter for €5 within France, or hand delivery in Paris 20th. Buy 4 postcards and the 4th is free, applied automatically in your basket.
Packaging
Postcards and A4 prints are shipped flat in a reinforced rigid sleeve. A3+ prints and framed prints travel in a rigid box with corner protection. Every parcel contains the signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse it or file written reservations with the carrier, then contact us with photographs attached. A new print will be sent, or you will be refunded.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from delivery to return your print, with no justification needed. The item must be sent back in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return postage is at your expense. The refund is issued within fourteen days of receiving the return.
